Updates in the Secretariat team of the Dialogue Ukraine Community of Practitioners

Important changes in the management structure of the Community Secretariat took place from May 1, 2025. We now have two co-leaders!

Natalia Bezkhlibna , who founded the Secretariat in 2023 and has led its work since then, is handing over the role of Head of the Secretariat to Alyona Kukhar . Alyona joined the team in January 2024 and has been responsible for developing the organization’s internal culture since August. In her new role, she will manage the Secretariat team with a focus on human potential and caring leadership, and will be responsible for the full life cycle of the public organization, prioritizing the maintenance of healthy connections at all levels, as well as the strategic framework and approaches to planning activities.

Natalia Bezhlibna instead moves into a new role — Director of Strategic Development / Advisor on Peacebuilding Initiatives. Her focus is on representing the Community in interaction with the “outside world” - seeking new partnerships, developing projects, external communication and advocacy at the national and international levels on behalf of the Community, as well as developing and promoting peacebuilding initiatives.

We are implementing a horizontal co-management model inspired by examples of successful parity models from the corporate environment. A clear division of responsibilities, consensus decision-making on specific issues, and joint representation of the Community - all this opens up new opportunities for sustainable development.

These are not just personnel changes - for us, they reflect the vector of the Community's development for the next strategic period, and, we hope, will bring tangible results in the near future.
