In cooperation with the Kyiv School of Economics, a certificate program “Development of conflictological competencies, skills in preparing and applying dialogic and facilitated approaches” was implemented. The training was conducted by experts from the Ukrainian Community of Dialogue Practitioners — Maksym Yeligulashvili and Yelyzaveta Koval.

The program was most popular with students majoring in Social Psychology and Memory Studies and Public History. These specialists work on topics where sensitivity, attentiveness to different positions, and the ability to find peaceful solutions in difficult situations are especially important — from memorialization and the culture of memory to supporting interaction between people and groups.
During the program, we examined the basics of conflictology, basic skills for dealing with both interpersonal and social conflicts, and worked on real cases of participants. Students were able to conduct a deep analysis of the conflicts they encountered in their work and personal lives, look at them from a different perspective, consider options for mutually beneficial solutions, and develop a basic design for a dialogue session.
There was a lot of deep work, honest conversations, and genuine interest in the topic. We thank our partners from the Kyiv School of Economics for their fruitful cooperation and sincere interest in developing the dialogue!
The project was supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung with the participation of the Ukrainian Dialogue Community of Practitioners
